Never did like fighting that boss... Well I went with balance between mobility, defense, and ap. Nineball Seraph has uncanny energy def, but xtremely low shell def, so I used all shell weapons: 1k shot machine gun, chain gun (for rebel), and missiles (for either rebel or non rebel) and hoped I got lucky. Don't ask me how many tries lol.
