So I have been playing the game before the servers went down and managed to spec weapons for power etc but then I put the game down for a while. Have come back to it in search of those elusive S ranks and I can't seem to spec my newly bought weapons.

Is there a way to unlock the faction main emblems? I am not talking about that dlc, I mean the actual faction emblems for Sirius, Venide, Evergreen and the Reaper Squad, the ones you see on the world menu.

However, I was missing the emblems for zodiacs Gemini, cancer and scorpio.

Is there a way to obtain those 4 emblems?

is it effective or not ? cause i didn't saw any player use this weapon

Are there specific builds I can use to improve my odds of completing the Missions for the S rank, also for the sub quests, do complete them so they apply to the mission completion, do I need to do them all at once, or can I play the missions getting each sub quest done one at a time?

The idea is I am looking to build a dual Karasawa Moonlight Lightweight AC that has a lot of energy for boosting a floating, as well a dual shoulder missiles arms, and the has great scanning ability and stagger resist for a lightweight.

With that all said, 1. Can it be built, and 2. What is the best way to build said AC?

1- what weapons stun when they hit an opponent? I have been trying out a few however they never seem to stun my enemy and whenever im in a battle I always feel like I get locked down haha

or a there a few types?

2- What weapons, besides the GAT, fire very rapidly? Now I may not have all of the weapons unlocked yet to buy however there was a gun that shoots lasers (yellow pulses with white "sparkles" lol) very very fast and killed me in just a few moments lol

lastly, does anyone have a build (not weapons) for a medium weight mech that has extremely good regeneration? I am still trying to figure everything out but it seems like the main killer is always having low energy and I always see these fat guys flying around really never touching the ground xD

No problem, I googled around and found the solution. I went on to search for the compatibility pack manually and I started downloading it. BTW, unlike what was suggested in this forums, I do not have a modelers pack or modelers compatibility pack in my playstation store. There were only TWO items under add-ons for Armored Core V, "ARMORED CORE V DLC Compatibility Pack Data"(free) and "ARMORED CORE V Release Key Data"(SGD $12.90).

Naturally, I downloaded and installed the first one, "ARMORED CORE V DLC Compatibility Pack Data". Everything went well and when I quit playstation store, Armored Core V booted up again and I was prompted with the SAME issue again, requesting me to download the compatibility pack in order to play online. I repeated this redownloading and reinstalling process many times. I even uninstalled the entire game from my PS3 and reinstalled it(disk). Turned off the console and turned it on. Nothing works.

If anybody faces the same issue as me, or has the solution, PLEASE HELP! I am new to this game and I am very interested to try it out.

A little more info:

• I am from Singapore
  
• I tried searching for 'modelers' in the playstation store search function and nothing turned up.
  
• I searched for 'armored core v' and only two relevant items showed up both of which i mentioned above. The rest were of different versions of armored core e.g. portable etc...

After watching the replay, it showed the enemy that was destroyed at the beginning was moving around killing us, seemingly invisible.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is this an exploitable glitch?

First off - I have been looking online (prolly not hard enough) and I can't find any guides or help for the game lol

Does the KE,TE,CE just mean the types of weapons?

- This could be dumb but how do you get the scrap weapons in missions? I found one once and I went over to it and I just bumped into it and nothing happened. I tried hitting a few buttons but I did nothing xD am I just doing something wrong lol

- Is it a pulse rifle that fires red/yellow shots? I played in a match and some guy had super fast shots that killed me in about 3 seconds. Now I will admit I was in a crappy mech but im still trying to get the hang of all the weapons again

- What attributes are required to have the energy guage fill faster and allow me to move fast and fly longer? I always like Light builds with fast weapons or blades but it seems like whatever I build in multiplayer I get my butt kicked. hard. haha.

Lastly, is there any other tuning of your machine other than the parts and weapons like the last game? or did they reduce that to make it a bit easier?

So far for money (if you still need it even after playing through story + order missions), this seems to be the fastest method:

Potential story spoilers if you watch the video, but it's just using a Mass Blade on story mission 09. Gives you about 1,000,000 Au and takes less than 30 seconds.

Now, for maxing weapon performance, fastest method I've found (besides just buying parts that people sold in the shop) is to do:

• Order Mission 06 (Marine Facility)
  
• Equip the tank legs with the highest charge attack power, Sonne generator, everything else as lightweight as possible, and the 4 weapons you want to max out
  
• Scan mode, glide boost towards the AC, stop right before you get to him, then tackle him (usually 1-2 hits to take him down)
  

And this also takes less than 30 seconds, and gives you 100,000 Au. The performance bar goes up about 1 or 2 bars after each time. Stat increases can be pretty random on each weapon, so you may have to do this a lot of times to get what you want.
