When it all comes down to it generation 1 is og, and you can't touch their status. Generation 2 is pretty grand, I liked the night/day dynamic and the extra content of going back to uh, kanto? Generation 3 though I think were the best games per their time out of all the pokemon games. Not only was the jump in graphics huge thanks to the jump in handheld console, but the baddy teams probably played their biggest role in that generation compared to the other generations. Ataraxis Posted May 9, 2014 Report Share Posted May 9, 2014 Gen 3 had Waterfall. Hell, gen 1 had Waterfall (Seaking). But it was special based prior to gen 4, so it wasn't much good on Gyarados.
