Ataraxis
Man, you ever open that bad boy up and start looking for something, only to find it's not there? Yeah, this is the topic for those things that you should always have on hand. I'm going to forget a lot of them, so rather than just let it slide (which would undoubtedly lead to disaster), I'm counting on everyone to help me fill in the list. Pepperoni sticksThey're the ultimate meat snack. Vegetarian? You need them more than anyone. Keep your friends happy. Vegetable platterDoesn't have to be a huge one. Good variety. I like sliced cucumbers better than potato chips, honestly. They both go great with dip. WaterWhether it's for an emergency, or you just want a cold drink at the ready. Ketchup and MustardSelf-explanatory, I think.

YUNG MASTERLESS GLENCOUR
Man I don't even use my fridge. My essentials would be carrots, apples, creamer for my coffee, and butter for my toast and waffles. That's like it. Oh and milk. Lots of milk. For my cereal. Mom
I don't really use my fridge either. 9 times out of 10 it's near empty! Milk is my number one essential though. I've never put water in my fridge. Edited February 26, 2013 by Twisted Metal
Ataraxis
I hate cold hot sauce on food I'm trying to eat warm. For me it depends on the hot sauce. Some of them start to congeal when cold, gotta keep that at room temperature. Otherwise, cold hot sauce works for me. Eggs, butter, and cheese are all great items. I don't put apples in the fridge. Ataraxis
Oh yeah, I tend not to have that problem. That reminds me, I'm in Canada. Why do I even have a fridge? Sorry, I'm just really sick of winter.

YUNG MASTERLESS GLENCOUR
I don't fuck with salad dressings, myself.
Ataraxis
Dressings are good as substitute dips, I guess. Not the vinaigrette stuff, but pretty much anything creamy. They're a pretty great condiment if you get creative (speaking as someone who doesn't really like salad).
LCC
I buy whatever I feel like on any given week. Only thing I usually have refridgerated consistently is margarine. I also have some condiments, but I rarely use em. Water cooler is separate.

Ataraxis
Ranch dressing goes really good with spicy foods, I find. I like it with pizza, too. For these odd reasons, I'm inclined to believe you're probably right.
