I suggest you make a special core for free battles. I have a heavy high def and more ammo for missions then my ac. ill build your ac later and see whats lacking

I forget what stats lowered and raised. Its 3 stats raised and three lowered. And no, but you can rebuy the same weapon with a different upgrade path. Since you can engrave it, you can tell which ones which if you set it up right. Like SOL SP(specialized power), SOL SRF(specialized rapid fire)

It does. I specialized my gattlings in power. I noticed my reload times dropped. im sure I missed something. But I think it has something to do with rearranging stats rather then lvling them up

I cant see it working on anything other than tanks. Other than that, I see it posing more of a problem if you are stuck in a place too long. Too easy to get behind someone and kill them while they are in the scope screen.

I would not use them. Anyone who tries to use them on me last about 30 secs. I use a med biped AC. I tried it once on a guy I thought would use his heavy tanks and he switched to a fast AC, could not hit him once and i was dual welding
