  2. Speed difference between left and right sides.

    guys i found that the placement of weapon between left and right affects speed.

     

    i loaded EKHAZAR design from company tab.

     

    armed RA and LA with GAN02-SS-WR (first rifle by default sort)

    notice that you get 7750 for average speed

     

    change RA with 047ANNR (second rifle by default sort)

    notice that you get 7866 for average speed

     

    change back RA with GAN02-SS-WR and change LA with 047ANNR

    notice that you get 7852 for average speed!!!

     

    it seems your ac move faster with 047ANNR in the right arm, while it's slower when you put it in the left arm.

     

    anyone know to explain how this works?

    Wow, thanks for the answers.

     

    So you have to buy adapters to play games that doesn't support keyboard/mouse/joysticks.

     

    I was thinking if you can play AC with keyboard and mouse, and turn the auto lock off, and play like FPS games LOL.

    well i tryed it with my logitech 3d pro joystick and it works....theres no support for the throttle.

    without the throttle i really don't see myself useing this over a ps3 controler. unless i think of some way to

    get the throttleto work im going to play around with it.

     

    How do you configure the buttons for joysticks in ACFA?

     

    I have a keyboard plugged then i went to the option and tried to modify the buttons (to see if i can play with my keyboard), but found out that the game system doesn't allow to configure other than the buttons that already in ps3 gamepad (square, triangle, circle, cross, L1-3, R1-3).

    Hey actually, my ultimate AC in Last Raven utilize pulse gun (don't know which ROC, i forgot already). It's just the weapon is degraded here in ACFA.

     

    The pulse guns in ACFA is actually pretty good, but the number of ammo makes it least popular and difficult to use for me ;)

    granted, but it is super broken (I.E 1 shot makes you go up 100C)

     

    I wish for NineBall's Gun (AC1)

     

    Granted, but the gun sucks here in AC5.

     

    I wish i can have a long or large arm weapon that MUST be hold by both arms, such as LARGE LASER/BALLISTIC LONG BARREL CANNON, SUPER LONG SNIPER RIFLE, or BIG ASS GATLING GUN.

    Well, the guide book that came with ACFA does tell us about tuning your AC. But i was wondering about PAs, when i tune my PA either it is head/core/legs/arms the PA Capability does rise. But does that mean the PA is distributed evenly?

    I mean when i tune my Head's PA and when i got shot in the core instead of head, will it reduce the damage? If it is, so what's the point of tuning head/core/legs/arms? Why don't just put one tuning called "PA"?

    Armored Core was my first AC, i was buying games randomly at game shop, when the cover catch my attention.

    Jumped on my chair when i found the game ALLOW you to change body parts and weapons and back weapons!!! and COLORS!!!

     

    I skipped PP, don't know why, i think i missed it. At that time i'm not really a fan of AC since my primary gaming was RPG.

     

    Continued by MoA, playing that makes me a fan until now. It was fun playing 2p split-screen with my little brother, but i always lose to him ;) .

     

    Skipped AC2, i think it's because i don't have PS2 at the time it was released, and by the time i've got one, the game was sold out. Craved the stories from AA and from stories other players told me.

     

    Since then never skipped any single game except the ones in PSP. And finally able to beat my little brother in Last Raven (i always lose to him this whole time in the previous AC games).

    Rather an MMO, i'd prefer anime adaptation. I heard there was one, but cancelled in the middle ;)

     

    There's also a photonovel that runs monthly in dengeki hobby (i bet it's rich with AC world details, even the characters are illustrated), but there's one thing there that tickles my disappointment.

     

    The story mix between last raven and AC4 (what the hell). It's like Last Raven ends and continued by AC4... i might be wrong since i can't read japanese kanji (but i saw a photo there, main character's AC, which is based from parts of Last Raven, fighting Berlioz's AC, Supplice).

     

    The novel also features original parts for the main character's AC which is cannot found in the Last Raven (maybe it is in LRp??? i don't have psp ;) ).
