Most schematics have some kind of stabilizers equipped from the get-go, so changing weapons left and right would change the balance differently. If you de-equip your stabilizers, you will find more consistency in the left/right balance of the weapons.

Indeed, I am looking forward to AC5. I've got all the achievements for AC4 and am running out of build ideas. I'm really looking forward to working with new parts!

I'm connected to live as I post this, and I haven't gotten any regulation updates. I guess if they ever were available, they aren't anymore.
