The Chi-To's corpse is no better cover than the ridgeline behind him. Either the Jg88 would shoot you or he doesn't; not much you can do either way. Arty could shoot you regardless though and ramming the Chi-To sacrifices all your speed and makes you a much easier target. It's all about recognizing what are threats you can mitigate and how you can do so.

My favorite part is when people defend them saying "they're just a small indie studio!" Bro most of the people in this indie studio are industry vets from EA and Criterion and shit. They also have like 4 games under their belt already so there's no excuse oh and they're charging $60 for this game so if you want me to judge it as a small indie title then price it like one. you charge the same as AAA titles then you get judged like a goddamn AAA title

Also by boring I don't just mean the "go to planet, shoot your laser at rocks, go to different planet, repeat" gameplay. The NPCs are boring, combat is boring, space travel is boring. I was watching GiantBomb play and the guys in the room that were watching the dude play eventually stopped even talking about the game and just talked with each other.

Me and PD have been talking about it for like a week or so now and I basically don't care about it anymore. The more I learned about the game, the more I realized it wasn't what I initially thought it would be and the less the devs seemed to want to take it in that direction. Then dood got it a week early and got to center in 30 hours with maxed out gear and shit. And the main dev has said on numerous occasions that you could see other players in the rare instance you might run into one but just today two players found each other and tried to make contact in-game but couldn't see each other standing in the exact same spot. So the main dev is a straight up liar so who knows what other promises were broken with the game. I wanted to like the game but it just looks like a case of wide as an ocean, deep as a puddle. Boring and tedious. Def not worth $60. If it's ever on sale for $20 or less I'll consider it but Persona 5 is in February and SMT4A is real soon and I basically don't really care about the game.
