Ive updated the petition. Several significant changes have been made, those being:
- Infrorming them that we do not appreciate the server separation, but recognizing that it may be impossible to merge them. Bascially, its been demoted from a demand to an opinion.
-A focus on communication in between players and developers
-changes in grammar
Please re-read it. Its still the same thing, but altered due to requests from comments.

The main objectives are to get updates and get the community recognized. The rest are minor, and I will try not to demand too much.
In the mean time, lets not fight. Present your opinions logically, and critique them similarly. Mindless arguing gets us nowhere; we need a constructive debate.

Dont worry, It will not be in the petition, and I will merely suggest certain aspects only if they do intend to release DLC, which I have heard rumors of. Its not a demand at all, and even less a guarantee. It will not be a pillar of concern unless the majority demands it, and I am doubtful that they will. If an interview does happen, expect only a brief suggestion at best.

I admire your ideas, and I too would like too see them in a future game, but I have to decline including them in the petition.
You see, the only possible way they may be inserted is if there are weapon and part DLC. The willingness to include DLC signifies the developer's willingness to change the metagame drastically, which is basically what your suggestions would do. On top of that, most of your requests are simply too irrational, and I doubt that they could exist in 5, despite updates to the game.
So, here is my proposal. If the developers and publishers give in to the petition, and we have a meeting, I will breifly ask about future DLC. Depending on their answers, I will suggest certain changes. Keep in mind that this is not guaranteed, even if the petition is recognized. I thank you for your post.
Shields:Like the ones from older AC game or the ones the enemy AC's used in story mode. Sacrificing a weapon for added defense would be nice and also fun to test the waters with on 5v5.
Flamethrowers: For obvious reasons
The arm weapons: Were your arm is also a weapon. These were in previous AC games I beleive and some of the enemy AC's use them in story mode. Be nice to see those return.
More CE based weapons: Imho not enough compared to KE and TE weapons. I think the development team could think of some creative stuff. A cool idea would be if flameflowers were CE rather than TE ,that is if they ever added them in, seeing how CE doesnt have a rapid fire weapon. Its pool of weapons is slime copared to the other types.
A bigger selection of leg/arm/core/head pars: I feel as though when u unlock everything there is 1 part ou of all the parts that stand out from the rest. There rlly isnt a point to use certain legs, or arms, or core parts b/c a certain part is superior to others. More variety is looks and styles would be cool. I know this isnt pimp my ride but id like more choices lol

I agree that it is doubtful that even with the petition that the servers will merge, and i respect your insight. From what I understand the game is programmed that way. However, with a certain ammount of updates (the simplest I believe being the redistrubution of AC5, and about a month or two of server work), it is still possible. Still, while that remains a fact, although I am working upon my minor knowledge of server systems, the placement of server merging in the petition serves more to inform the developers that we do, in fact, dislike server separation, and that in the future, it ought to be mended.
For the time being, the majority of players wish for a server merge. I will not deny them the ability to ask, although I may remove it if it proves to cumbersome, and hampers the petition later on. In the end, I hope that i may discuss this with the developers and publishers, so that they can tell me the possibilites. Although I acknowledge that there are people, presumably such as yourself, who are well informed and versed in certain subjects the petition adresses. Usually I would work upon this information, however, this server merge, however irrational, is a vital part of our argument, and from how I see it now, it must be brought up regardless. I may be wrong in the long run, and if I am, feel free to tell me. Judging the situation right now, this appears too important an issue to not work upon.

The petition should be "please bring the american and EU versions of ACV up to date with the current JP balance patch." THAT'S IT.

I agree with that, but upon meeting with the staff (assuming that this petition gets this accomplished) I would first need to question their updates to see if a weapons pack will or will not be released. depending upon their answer, I will adress them upon this subject. I will try to word this into the petition within the next day or so (im actually kind of sleepy right now).
However, before i alter the petition, can i ask you to elaborate what kind of extra variety you wish to accomplish? Im sorry for the trouble. but i need you to be specific as possible so i dont just assume what you want, and deliver something else entirely different than your concept.

The fact remains that despite its broken state, it has more potential than most other games on the market. A few minor changes, and this game would be great.

Hello fellow armored core players. As most of you know, the update promised for us on April Fourth did little to fix the game. The conquest mode, the broken parts, and the overall game is in a state of inbalance. Here is a petition to From Software and Namco Bandai to get our voices heard. This petition was started on mechaverse, and now its here so we can all chip in.
Now, I expect that I probrably have not adressed all the issues in the petition, or I may have mistated a few things. On top of this, I lack certain evidence to verify our opinions. I ask you all to please contribute if possible. Reveal in this topic your major concerns, and i will see that it is represented well in this petition. The petition may be altered at any time, so its never too late to state your issues.
Please present your opinions rationally, as blind rage wont get us anywhere. Contribute any information or evidence that may strengthen these claims.
Spread the word! We have to get our voices heard!
