It's an hour and a half long movie about some of the USDA's and FDA's dicking around with localized organic farming and agriculture. As well as the American political standard of backing large economically powerful agribusiness entities. At 48 minutes and 30 seconds, it brings up the FDA's response to the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund's lawsuit over the Interstate Raw Milk Ban. Here's the FDA's legal response as submitted to the Federal Courts, in pdf format. It includes some really choice tidbits of insight from a Government Agency that has long been the property of it's corporate end, large-scale agribusiness. There is no absolute right to consume or feed children any particular food. - Page 25 There is no generalized right to bodily and physical health. - Page 26 There is no fundamental right to freedom of contract. - Page 27 Sounds very American, don't ya think?
