So, apparently Borderlands 2 is coded like shit. I alt tabbed once, and when I came back, it crashed and wouldn't launch. Verify said one file deleted itself. After repairing, I died, and the game crashed, and when I verified, forty two files deleted themselves. When I repaired, I bluescreened, and when I came back, the whole game deleted itself. It really does not want to be played. Make sure to get a backup of the game to avoid the issue, since apparently I'm not the first one who's had their game deleted by itself.

Zero is fantastic. I love the five second time limit to score a headshot for massive damage without having to worry about being shot. Or even using Diversion to pick up a teammate while Holo dances around somewhere else entirely. And enemy movement isn't completely retarded anymore. I mean, I did see one run up and take cover in /front/ of a chest high wall, instead of behind it. But other than that, Psychos recoiling from being hit makes them a little harder to hit twice, which is a gigantic improvement.

Gold Tracer's off hand attacks are really nice and are impossible to parry.

They don't combo together. It's retarded. People regularly make fun of anyone wielding two katanas since that's basically the stereotype. I dual wield shotels to strike fear into the hearts of my victims, though. Since.. most people don't even know shotels bypass shields. Also, number two murderer on PC, can you dig it.

So cool. I didn't know you didn't know about it. It's hard to miss during the Skooma Hunting quest. Crazy people are fun to talk to. But not the one in Skingrad. Oh no not him definitely never him.

Remember, you can get a Talisman that scales with Faith, so faith can be pretty damn useless. Also, Darkmoon itself is also pretty useless. Once you get the items from the covenant, it's best to kill Gwyndolin, and never look back. And, if you rock the Velk Talisman, you can also roll a wand and get some Crystal Magic Weapon going and just crush everything in sight.

I have gotten three people asking me to teach them the ways of phantom stomping. I told them to go get Crystal Soul Spear and Shotels. am i doin it rite Oh, and don't upgrade DS3 Tool to 7. Its vibration doesn't work at all for me and it doesn't like finding the controller at all.

Everyone is downloading a trainer to deal with the people using the trainers for evil. Making Dragon Torso Stone the best anti-trainer thing in the game, since it will just pin people until they quit or shove them off. Stalemates are so unfun though. Oyyy, it's getting worse daily. At this rate, I'm gonna need a trainer to deal with people using trainers, too. I can't just be a dick with my Channeler Dance. :C

I had the best invasion ever. I was invading as a black phantom, and have been doing all forms of methods all day. My first was Dark Hand/Pyro Flame with Black Flame on Artorias armor, making me look unarmed, and walking slowly up to people, dropping Help Me carvings. I lifedrained a lot of people in the middle of their emotes. I also lifedrained a lot of afk people. So weird for people to do that. Over time, I changed to Embraced armor and just swung around a Washing Pole +15 and switching between Silver Knight Shield and Pyro Flame. Lotta kills, and a few trainers booted off ledges. Much more direct. Finally, I came to the old 'I have made a line' tactic. A few crossed the line and died instantly, even after suggesting phantoms. Some did get phantoms, too, but it didn't get too far. Always killing the phantoms first. But one line instance was fantastic... I had made my line and given my warning, and was replied with a feminine ':3 aw'. So the invadee went off to summon a few phantoms, and when the phantoms attacked, he'd stay behind the line. The phantoms were dropped pretty quickly with some Washing Pole and kicks with a hint of Gold Pine Resin. Invadee turns around, and goes back to summon more phantoms, but ultimately only gets the same one each single time. Over time, my weapons start to wear down and I don't run past the line to kill anyone, so I switch over to Dark Hand and Dark Flame, and put on the Xanthous Crown for a while. I get a few compliments for it, but soon I was out of Dark Flames so I didn't have much else to go on. One time, the phantom escaped past the line and had little to no health, but wasn't getting healed with any Estus and didn't think I'd attack. Unfortunately, three poison knives later, the phantom was poisoned, panicing, then dead. Took off all my armor and went full on Dragon. Bare fisty right, Grass Crest left. Phantom could hurt me bad, but I could one shot in return with a good roar and a deadly claw. I was low on health, and finally the invadee jumps past the line with an overhead Zweihander which barely misses me. I push them back and give them a good scrape, and they run back past the line, but I chase and break his stability with a roar, then just go back behind the line with a casual slow walk. The same phantom comes back, and I let myself get brought down to almost no health before dispatching it. The invadee takes advantage and lunges at me again, but this time I'm more than prepared with DWGR and flip right around to his back the second he lands, and instakill backstab with claws. All over the course of half an hour. Fun, fun times.

I don't think I need to man up more than killing the Four Kings and Manus while still at just 35. Kalameet, though. Yeesh.

I'm right at the edge of getting to it, but. I am TORN between killing Sif and getting to the DLC. Absolutely torn. I have been getting constantly invaded in the forest by new players. I mean, it's just a stream of people to stomp. Relentlessly. It's gotten to the point I'm wearing the Xanthous Crown and the Embraced armor and just hanging out for hours on end. It's like the release time on Xbox all over again. It's magical. My forest is /covered/ in prism stones.

He's got a high bleed sword and the giant wheel shield and some horrible armor setup. 2:47 PM - Magnus: I count the trees as I walk backwards and block each of his attacks as I go, taking some pretty bad damage, and once I know where I am, he thrusts as me and I sidestep behind him, and kick him not once, but twice. 2:47 PM - Magnus: And he goes right off a cliff. 2:47 PM - Magnus: A hard to see one in the woods. 2:47 PM - Magnus: And I felt great about saving the guy, who I now had to kill. 2:48 PM - Magnus: But he was trying to hit the black phantom at the same time I kicked him off and he went flying off too. 2:48 PM - Magnus: I would have felt terrible for killing him anyway.

Yeah. There's a trainer right on google already. I'm hitting a lot of people who simply don't lose health. Hilarious when they get kicked off a boardwalk high up top in Blighttown, but otherwise morbidly router-unplugging.

SL40 pvp has been a /blast/. Scrubs, two on ones, and the guy in super heavy armor that just spams parry. Nothing deals with them all like Dung Pies.

30 for now. I've fought three trainer people already. I trololed one off a ledge but other two one shot me. I got a parry on the one with a lightning spear which was pretty funny until I saw how much damage I did.

I keep a variety of shields on hand for dealing with a variety of invasions. Parrying an electric spear is so good. You should try it sometimes instead of just eating it. :3c

It's still good to have on when facing a lightning weapon. Though Gargoyle Shield is ultimately better in that regard.
