It kinda acts like a sized down EOS, only dranier and hotter, so I slapped in G69 for those cases when it turns yellow. It's a regular mid-ranged AC, with CQC capabilities. I just got the feel for its playstyle again, so I built this. I'm having a hard time with the frame combination for balanced DEF ans speed.
  4. Suggestions : Why not try Jack-0's Arms? it has low drain and weight. Also buffed with S.DEF. LADYB is also a good Shell head, must be coupled with stable enough Legs [probably S2 or S3] and RA. I'm not sure about the starter legs. I think it also has the Shell you need... or maybe not. NYMPHE+RM/GAR. if you'll be running them as droppies, you'll want to abuse that rapid-fire glitch. Keep VOLUTE in. Or, if Weight allows, slap on a MV, with GAR2 or RM3. RL+M2/NIX, with sylphs/wraiths under.

  6. Since the continuation of classes bored me, I booted my PS2, and tested your AC. Dual R3's were no good against Daemon. PIXIE3 is definitely a go for this. I also took the pictures, for you.   7. The design itself is somewhat slow for a middie, but the DEF, and OB it packs are enough to back it up. Yes, it will have a hard time against certain rushers, especially lightweight flankers who will try to turn sideways before OB'ing towards your AC. Why not try PIXIE3 or something to handle those rushers? But then, the SPARTOI+RM3 acts as your "shotgun missiles" that gives almost the same role. Overall, it's a great design. There always has to be a drawback to each of it, no matter how good it is.
  8. sorry for double posting, but I've learned a good point of this AC through a test... When I pitted two pure EN DEF AC's which are equipped with ES, GOLGI, HISTON, and: LAMIA [AC1], LAMIA2 [AC2]. I started it by shooting both cannons from both AC's at the same time... until the one with the LAMIA2 died first. I'll show a vid if I can, but I think it's not needed. What I point out here is that LAMIA has better dps... but consumes a lot more EN. Hence, it soldifies the reason why I chose it over L2. EDIT =
  9. I tried putting SELENA on this AC, and went back to XS arms... Took out KINNARA... Replaced RM3 with GAR2. Went back to LN91HM. And got PIXIE3+GRIFFON on it... it doesn't go that bad... with 550kph and 8300+ AP. At least, I'm assured that I've got infinite CQC bullets. LoL
  10. I remember its AP was... 780+2200?+1600+3500... 8000~8200 AP, maybe. As for its speed... unfortunately, it can't get away from a middie as long as the Skull, Kinnara, and RM3, are on. To be specific, 460 kph. No OB's. I think this equates to a frequent shootout, which risks my AC's legs more than what it can on a speedy setup. What if I switch out the handset to a PIXIE3+GORGON combo? Makes it lighter, and easier to retaliate, for sure. GRIFFON is kinda short on ammo. And maybe, it will allow me to replace one of its missiles, probably the Kinnara. ~ this marks my first post for 1/1/11. ~
  11. HAHAHAHAHA :DD oh, wait! haha! sorry xD Hmm... the setup has changed significantly [only retaining the E2 Core... for extra damage against rush-ins] since the first post... I think I can run its KINNARA [with or without RM3] as a "shotgun missile" or hard land cheap gun. The main weapons became the handset, which is centered on backpedaling offense. I don't know what to do with the 69M... maybe I'll distribute the 9 shots of RM3 between both missiles... It's a weird setup, definitely... Hope it comes as a niche or something. anyways, enjoy your New Year's Eve... this is my last bot for 2010.

  17. I made a few changes based on further testing after posting this design, like... Head // S2 [in a wonderful way, this part granted Mid-biped-like Stability of around 6300... with SS.] Back L // RA [made the design overall less drainy] and readjustments of Tunes, to hit 1#77 and/or 1#03 points of DEF. I'll have that input for the next tests. I'll just make sure that the plasma shots are well-picked, to scrap more AP. G91, V2, OGRE2+SYLPH on, dual 69H in.

It's not as simple as mentioned to perform such tactics, since the main weapon has a drawback of slow lock-on. And the frame itself is relatively fragile.   19. only actual battle can really tell me... but I do have some quick replacements, like: Head > EYE3 0.9.1.0.0 - gives this AC more speed and enough Stab to endure LGL stuns. However, it looked uglier. LoL ) Arm R>PIXIE3 - tremendous overall firepower increase. kinda slows down the AC, but pays off at high-speed CQC. FCS > LIMPET - it's harder to track with F73H... especially against high-flying targets. The back cannons stay on... I like to feel the use of crappy cannons in actual battle. Instead of resorting to a full-force-then-drop tactic normally done on a LAMIA2 Quad, it relies on a withdraw-then-retaliate playstyle by firing off a few shots of the Pulse Cannon+E2+HP at CQC range while popping a charge of JIREN or two. If the EN can't catch up, a switch to the right HP can be done in a pinch, since only one Circle, in my custom Type B, is needed here. At mid range, the LG serves as an almost equal substitute for the bad-ass GL. It's pretty hard to execute its game though, but I'll take the time to master this Quad.
