It'd be much more beneficial to equip missiles imho to gtfo LW as LW are pretty weak to missiles and missiles are pretty damn powerful. LW's will be probably the only ones that'll try to attack you before all your sniper ammo is up I guess.

Okay, I've had enough of this "360 is the better console to play on for ACV" cuz it obviously fucking ain't. ALOT of people play ACV on PS3, IIRC 5x more than XBL. So that means more chance to actually see these communicative people around, oh and, did I tell you about the only real communication that's actually important is the communication between your team? And did I tell you that ACV encourages using headset and teamwork etc and making friends by trading etc etc? Did I also tell you that you will have a small chance seeing 5-10 teams pwning all the time and having all territories and having an even smaller chance to meet the same stupid people with the same AC and tactics etc? Did I also tell you that PS3 players actually have experience with ACV while XBL have zero experience with ACV? Did I also tell you there'll be a huge competition between japanese and english/european players while japanese are the best thus giving big competition? Did I also tell you that PS3 is alot more supported by FROM than XBL seeing how JP companies support PS3 and even more so cuz FROM's AC games were always on PS's. Verdict: PS3 is the much better choice for playing ACV on. People who say so otherwise are either too stubborn to admit (or are either just plain stupid/delusional) this all and make up excuses like "more communicative community" which is complete bullshit cuz: *see all of above*. Making friends? More bullshit. Same thing, read above again. Sure XBL got the chromehounds part who know how to teamwork properly, I'll give XBL that, but IMHO it doesn't matter. Teamwork is easily gained while gaining experience with ACV is not.

No, it's just that the ULG-10/L is a real bad part and that the ULG-20 SHASTA is supergood. You're comparing the worst LW Biped to the best(?) MW Biped. Look at the other LW Bipeds, those have FAR more superior movement than the MW Bipeds.

Those "boxing gloves" are tongfas. They appear on your elbow like a long pole/knife/sword but sync with your lower arm. Tongfas in this game... awesome. I wonder if they can replace piles? As in, do as much/more damage than piles. Might be nice.

Maybe... but imo, it's hard to pull that off, sure you gain a free unlimited ammo and free weapon slot(s) instead of using pilebunkers, but piles are damn light anyways and there's nothing else to equip on a LW imo anyways. LW + Pilebunkers = PWNAGE. And getting to your enemy is no problem as a LW either. At least, not as much of a problem as a HW Biped.

Like gamestop says, all it'll do is give you a headstart over other players. All parts aren't modified, not performance nor cosmetically I'm guessing. I'm pretty sure though. 168 parts/weapons that are cosmetically modified? What? Nope. They didn't mention looks either. You'll be able to get allll those parts and weapons later on. All they will do is make the game easier for you aka headstart and play multiplayer right off the bat, although I wouldn't do that until I got ALL parts. All in all, you'll just have an easier time at the story mission and be able to clear it a bit faster. It's nice though, don't get me wrong, I mean, it's free. And as you know; time is money. Although for people who don't live by a gamestop or anything, don't. The Assault package and 3 days earlier release is hardly worth the €10 or so, also, delivery will be a tad slower. So expect to get it 1-2 days before release in EU.

You're probably using the wrong Generator and Booster setup. The high EN capacity generator (last bottom generator) is a must for any AC that concentrates on moving, not so much needed for Quads I guess but I don't see why you'd swap the gen out except for more weight? For RJ, high accel type cuz your speed starts very fast unlike high power booster which starts slow then super fast. It's not really needed for a RJ. You'd be quick boosting most of the time anyways. You concentrate on getting to places faster than others, so you need high accel. I reccommend the 2nd as it has the lowest EN drain and the 1st high accel booster only has marginal booster output for less stats overall. High power booster drains alot of EN, that's your problem I suppose. Edit: I was wrong. Higher difference between EN output limit of a generator and the EN of your AC means faster EN recovery. From now on, take my advice with a grain of salt. All of you. Sorry for confusing you guys like that.

You could always just make someone download it for you or just go over to a friends house who has Gold and download it, move it to an USB and move it back to your own 360. True, but if you're a perfectionist like me, perfecting your story 'n stuff then you'll fight it. And I don't understand how you get low AP even. By the time I get there I have like 25k AP left with a RJ L with Dual Gatlings from the starting 30k AP. With the best Armored parts, but still. HD - TE, the one with 2300 AP CORE - KE, the one with around 9600 AP ARM - CE, the one with 4000 AP Second best HEAD but that's cuz of weight issues. It's only 400 AP and 20 CE Defense difference anyways.

You should've searched the whole Xbox Live store instead in that case. Do NOT search for "Armored Core V" or "ACV" or anything. LOOK for the demo. You won't find it by searching. Just open all tabs of the Xbox Live store and look for stuff that look like demos or something. Keep looking inside that tab until you find a big V, much like the trailer download cover. @Hoppy Easy as hell even with 1 AP. Just go on a building, pop up, shoot, he fires missiles? Cancel BOOSTER so the missiles collide into the building, rinse and repeat. Why u so lazy!?

What giant MT? Helicopter? Just spam missiles on it, preferably Heat Missiles. If you got confused and you're talking about the AC which only appears for a brief moment, slap on something with lots of firepower. Preferably Tank with Dual Auto Cannons and Homing Missiles. Fire away! Edit: Ninja'ed by Hoppy. And wut? You can actually avoid the fight? But seriously. The MT is easy to destroy. Just spam missiles on it. His CE ain't that high either. Especially when you can spam Heat Missiles on it which have CRAZY DPS. Though, don't home in from my speculation, neither even follow the locked target(?) They seem like free fire. Though not sure on that. Also, his missiles ain't deadly at all. And no I didn't use a Tank or anything. I used a RJ Lightweight. With minimum Defenses at that time even for weight purposes.
