Well, I've played with a ton of people with heavy British accents, a bunch of French speakers who didn't know a word of english, one random Japanese dude, probably some Spanish people too. Given that I live in Canada, this could be par for the course and they all live here, but lag seems to be a non-issue for MAG. That being said, there's little to no point in playing MAG; The 128 Campers when other games, even the original Planet Side, offer a lot more.
