I think either way you cut it, Silky is a terrible gun.

 

If I remember correctly, Silky was introduced in Ninebreaker. Judging by the use of Ragora, E2 and dual GLLs I would say this isn't a LR design.

 

From deductive reasoning I would say it's from Ninebreaker.

You should definitely consider swapping Ragora out for Ananda. The practical advantages are high from using a lighter radiator.

I can't really comment to the finer adjustments in LRp, but here's what I'd do.

 

You should drop the Silky and the Tauros and get a double-gun setup, especially with the E2 core. That'll give you plenty of up-close punch, you can then drop one GLL and swap the other for the GL, and either run back radar to run a lighter/tougher head or, you can run GL+missiles+extensions. You could also do the later w/ a GLL as well, but GL > GLL with the exception of getting up close and spamming shots, which you'd have 2 guns+E2 EO to do that with.
