Well what I mean is with Strange if you just go by the upper limits of his track record is easily Marvel's most busted; everlasting shields, destroying and creating and moving between dimensions, merging with eternity so as not to be caught by one of those "will you out of existence" characters, beating tons of the "unbeatable" characters in Marvel... and then being able to hand-to-hand some of the more decently tough cast members he meets on top of all the ridiculous magic. So he's always my go to when I think of OP characters. And then there are just people with the best plot armor in... well ever. Best plot armor for a comic book hero is probably a fight between Batman and Squirrel Girl or something.

In Dolls, the idea is that due to massive immigration and other population problems, crime has hit an all time high and all the prisons are full. So a new controversial act (the ROT act I think they called it) was passed so that the murderers still on the street could be tried and convicted before they've been caught. And along with that a new police force of a few, highly skilled individuals are trained to hunt and kill these convicted felons still on the loose. Some people see them as keepers of the peace, others see them as "Dolls", emotionless killing machines, and so they hunt after these special units when they're on duty. And so far the story takes place from the perspective of the first brigade of this new force.

No one cares. On the manga side, I started reading Dolls after picking up sudden interest in it and from the early chapters I've read so far it looks interesting.
