I'll poke my head up for the first time in months to share my two cents on this. The top at the end. There are arguments both for and against it falling. The argument for it falling is simple enough: the top is wobbling, and very clearly appears to be falling over. HOWEVER. Two arguments for that it is still the dream world: 1. The top is stationary, unlike how it circles when he's not in the dream world. It simply sits there and wobbles. 2. Though he has supposedly been gone for years, his children ARE THE SAME AGE and DOING THE SAME THING that they were in his memories of them, thus drawing many people to the conclusion that Mal did not in fact take her own life, and is actually in the real world, (where she may have killed her self due to constantly believing she's in a dream state). I personally support the "it doesn't fall/still a dream" theory, giving the movie a much sadder ending. Well, that's my two cents. Fuck you all and peace.

Yeah, Gary, my Mac is old. It's a 4-year-old standard white MacBook. I know this because my first battery got three years (an obscenely long time) of usefulness out of it, and it's been one year since I got a new one.

Fuck intel. Fuck them. Fuck their shitty processors, too. Portal finally finished downloading, and even on the lowest graphical quality my computer can't run it, JUST because of the graphics. Gonna have to ask parents if I can install Portal on the dektop. Oh, did I mention FUCK INTEL?

Ahh fuck it. Servers are way oberloaded- Portal is downloading at freaking BYTES PER SECOND. Not kilobytes, not megabytes, BYTES. And like 2.5 at that. Since the files are already authenticated, I won't have to pay since it's sixty percent downloaded if I wait a week or two to let the servers calm down, right?

Well, whenever I try to run Portal, it says that I have an incompatible Graphics Card (Fuck Intel for making shitty graphics cards, BTW) but then it says the servers are too busy to complete my request. Going to wait till it finishes DL'ing then play it in offline. Also, it looks like Steam Mac has some bugs still - it crashes every now and then but I can easily resume my downloads.

It's out now? Is Portal 1 available for Mac? EDIT: HOLY SHIT IT IS AND IT'S FREE! Sorry. Anyway. I'm downloading it right now (after 15 minutes of Steam servers being too busy) but I think my Laptop is incapable of running it. Someone online offered a potential solution (forcing the game to start on it's lowest graphical setting) but I'm going to be very, very upset if Portal is finally available for Mac and my laptop can't run it. I've wanted so badly to be able to play it freely... I don't want to have to use the desktop.

Wow, got a chance to play with the F2K last night. I can't understand why everybody hates it. Went 12-3 (overall, ONLY using the F2K) on Terminal. 10 kills were headshots. Also, considering any game I play I'm lucky if I get more than 6-7 kills (even if I'm being a total dickwad and knifing) I officially love this gun.

So recently I've been considering using the F2K (solely because it looks like a FUCKING JETSKI!) but I've been kind of put off by peoples reviews of the gun. Statistically speaking, it's right on par with other rifles. However, I asked in Chat a day or two ago, and the explanation I got was that it was the recoil. Now this seems like it wouldn't be too bad - high RoF combined with decent damage seem like it should be able to get 3-4 body shots in before it recoils off the screen. Now, be warned, I am going to try it. But I want to know, how should I run it? I was considering using my basic Assault Rifle class (Handgun/shotgun of choice, flashbang, frag, Scav Pro, CB/SP Pro, SitRep), but this gun's "special needs" seem like it would need some perk and/or secondary catering to make it really shine. What should I do?

I used to use Akimbo P90, then decided a Silencer or RDS or something was a better use of an attachment.

So I'm trying to update my signature, and I made an image. I wanted to add it, and it lets me instert it into the signature editor, but when I click Update Signature, it gives me that error message. Anyone know how to fix? It's a 105 kb 450x150 PNG file.

Damn, IDK if my crappy old laptop can support 4. I've been told it's a miracle it's capable of running 3...

Actually, the Masterkey has been quite helpful. It's saved my ass in situations where I woulda been tucked with the M16, M203, or a Shotty scondary. Plus, people doomt expect to get shotgunned by an Assaul Rifle, which is intersting. I got called a hacker using it. Anyway, I was just trying to not be a total dickhead by using the M16 AND the GL. Anyway, going to switch perk 1 to Marathon Pro.

Oh boy. I'm gonna get SOOO flames for this. I decided to try the M16A4 today. And boy, does it kick ass. I try not to be a dick with it, but that's hard with a gun that's like the FAMAS on steroids. I like the irons, so I don't plan on using a scope, but here's the class I run: M16A4 + Masterkey Stinger Semtex Flashbang x2 Scavenger Pro (may change - was there for GL. Don't need it now) Cold Blooded Pro SitRep Final Stand I decides on shotgun over GL because using the M203 on this class would be a slap in the face to the MW2 community, and because it covers a vulnerability in CQC. The M16 can handle medium and long range, but it's a little iffy (for me anyway) in CQC. Stinger because my primary covers everything besides anti-air. Scavenger Pro was for the M203, but as I said, I no longer use that. Marathon, maybe? CB Pro to work with Stinger, plus IMO it's the best Red perk. SitRep because it's one of the few perks I haven't gone Pro on, and because it's saved my ass more than once.

@ Vincent: Raffica is a Machine Pistol, and Last Stand merits the use of a REGULAR pistol. If you do not have a PISTOL secondary, you will switch to the M9. If you are using a pistol, you will switch to that. The M93R is the ONLY machine pistol that registers as a regular pistol, and as such, you will pull out your Raffica(s) instead of an M9. Akimbo Rafficas, in close range, output six bullets instantaneously, enough for a one-shot-kill (especially if the target is not at full health). This is really freaking annoying.

Oh. Changed that class quite a bit. M240 RDS + Grip (no recoil = me happy) Stinger Frag Flashbang x2 Bling Pro (feels kinda useless cuzza Stinger secondary, but I like RDS + Grip) CB Pro (Necessary for any anti-air class) Steady Aim Pro (for hipfire. Lack of recoil means when I get it, I will change RDS to ACOG) Final Stand And those last stand faggots exploiting the M93R glitch are really pissing me off. Got killed by some guy using Akimbo Rafficas as his secondary (and Last Stand) at least 6-8 times in ONE round. >

M240 does not suck - I tried every other LMG for a full game each and decided I like the M240 the best. Also, changed Sleight if Hand pro to Bling, usin RDS and grip. No recoil at all! And, did switch from SP to CB and stinger. Saved my ass, too. Last game I destroyed an AC-130, a pavelow, three attack choppers and two harriers. Our team still lost 2300-7500. I had 19 kills.

Can I still make a class for review here? After playing as a Medic in BC2, I decided I liked LMGs. I went back to MW2, picked up the M240 (related to my BC2-Beloved M249 SAW) and played a couple games. Almost immediately got the Supernatural accolade (10:1 KDR), Immortal (Highest KDR) and Mastadon (KDR of 5:1+). So, here's the class I was using: M240 RDS Glockimbo Semtex Flashbang x2 Sleight of Hand Pro Stopping Power Pro Steady Aim Pro Final Stand SoH is both helpful and hilarious (the fast-forwarded reloads make me laugh every time), especially for the LMG. Stopping Power replaced Lightweight after losing some firefights to higher RoF SMGs. Will probably switch to Cold Blooded and equip a Stinger secondary. Steady Aim for hip fire kills in Close Combat when I don't have time to ADS. Tips? Tricks? LMG help?

I actually like the Irons on LMGs (well the PKM and M249 anyway - kind of like the SCAR crossed with ACR in MW2). I think that the 15/12k (don't remember) point goal for the RDS is ridiculous on Medic class. I could understand it on a class where it's not as useful (like Recon) but on Medic it should be one of the first unlocks IMO.

I think Add-Boosters should be banned on NEXTs under a certain weight, because even without Laser Blades, if it's light enough, it'll still be a bitch to kill because of lag shield.
