Painted guardian sword is the shit. I think daggers are doable, just a lot harder to use em in pvp. I think constant pressure is the way to go, but not go for combos at the same time. I don't have too much experience with daggers, but it's something I wanna work on. I do use painted guardian sword on one build tho, which I love.

Ya son. Red moss is the shit. Perfect for lifehunt builds cause you can heal yourself up and the enemy is sorta fucked cause hardly anyone carries it. Man tho, I remember this one lifehunt guy invaded me. I did heavy damage to him through bleed cause his bleed was so high. Then I finished him off with a poison arrow. He should've carried that moss! I'm not a huge fan of blood shield on lifehunt only cause if I remember correctly, it adds a little bit of bleed, poison and toxin when you equip it, and that can mess me up cause I usually switch out my shield a lot when i play. Knowing me, I'll end up killing myself like that haha. This is all preference tho, and a playstyle thing.

I dunno if I agree with that. Back when I was running lifehunt, I never felt the need to run that ring or the shield. I think it would make more sense to run fap and cartwheel to get the most out of lifehunt. I would just run an armor that provide good bleed resist, like black leather or ninja and set the red moss as an item. It's quick enough to use and you'll get enough opportunities to use it if you run cartwheel. Besides, no one runs that anyway. Running a back up under lifehunt helps as well if bleed is getting too high. I personally don't like running 10 att on any of my builds cause spells are too useful for me to pass up, tho the extra hp is nice. I'd just be careful about it if you're running lifehunt.

Nah, I'm not calling you out. Read my posts. I don't have a problem with any of you. What I would call out is the playstyle. If I was calling you out personally, I would be saying "Owen is garbage, you're nothing but trash". What I am saying is "that spear keep away game I'm seeing in acu is garbage, nothing but trash". If however, you feel like you have to defend yourself tho and prove me you don't play like that tho, I am down for a battle. Also, if you feel like me saying that you're included in my list of acu ppl that play scared is calling you out, then ya. I guess I did do that. Nah man, you're misunderstanding what I'm trying to say. I love spears. I don't have any problem against them. In fact, one of my favorite build uses one. What I am trying to say is that there is this whole play style happening where people are spending the duration of the match poking and running away. All u see is poke, roll away, poke, roll away and when it does happen, it's usually with a spear because it's the easiest to do with. Plus, it wouldn't be as annoying to fight and annoying to see with any other category besides polearms because with any other weapon type, playing scared wouldn't be a big issue for me. I'm not gonna break down the other weapon types, but I can if you want me too. When I use my spear girl, I do hit and runs, but not the entire match. I think I play her kinda aggressive, at least I hope people think so. I'm not only poking. I'm going for combos, punish, and setting up wogs. Ive even sent bolts to ppl's faces and ZEUS it up. The fact that you asked me and mike if spears combos after you saw us fight shows how aggressive you play with spears. It's all a play style issue I have really. John has this scythe build that I've fought, and I don't have this issue with him. He does do hit and runs, but he also mixes up magic and punishes when appropriate. For the record, I haven't seen it with Mike and Exo either. Figure I'd point out that before people think I'm trying to diss everyone. I don't know if exo has a spear girl tho so rate pending lol. Also, I don't need someone changing their play style or refusing to fight me with spears. I say rock em if you want. I'm just pointing out what I'm seeing. Its not like I haven't beaten all of your spear designs with other weapons anyway. So again, I'm not bitching about polearms, or how unfair they are. They're not unbeatable It's how people are using them and this whole mentality that people go to them when they want to win. Case in point, Owen saying "I'm using polearms!" after he called you out (jokingly, but a call out is a call out), and you, in our katana grudge match. I'm not really out to diss anyone here, just an observation. I'm not saying any of you are garbage, or that I'm better than any of you either. I know Ive gotten my fair share of losses when trying to make a build work, trying a new weapon, or just getting downright outplayed. I'm not out to make enemies, or create bad blood. I'm just a guy noticing a trend I guess lol. I dunno, felt like I had to clarify.

I said "big surprise" cause I figured when you said you'd use pole arms, I thought you were including spears in that category. I said big surprise cause spears are the easiest way to play it safe and from what I've seen lately from ppl here is that a good number of everyone is playing spears with pokes and not really committing to a fight. It doesn't seem surprising to me when I think about it because there's people calling other people out and apparently the only way to make sure you win is play it safe. I'm not really bitching about playing scared or anything, its just annoying to fight and annoying to see. Tho I guess I shouldn't hate. Ppl are gonna play how they wanna play and it's not my place to expect ppl to play like how I like to play.
