    Aldnoah Zero

Is this anime worth watching? I'm very interested since it has mecha, but I hear that the ending of Season 1 pissed off a lot of people, so I don't really want to know if that ending is worth the effort of watching. But I hear that that main character is like some sort of strategist genius of something, and I'm really more interested in the anime now, but I still hear people saying that its still not worth watching because of the ending. Can someone help me decide if its worth it? =/ Also, I really like the mech designs (should come no surprise).

Now, I already had an 0 Gundam before, but that one broke (stupid little cousins...) but thankfully I found this one for $16. Did slight paint to it to make it look more like the original Gundam (cuz you know, its design TOTALLY didn't give it away). Also gave it the AGE-1 Normal's rifle because the peashooter it comes with is... meh...
  3. And proud of it... (aka too lazy to do it)
  4. No, because the Frame Arms are quite scary to pose... They use a pre-built frame (hence their series' name) that you can buy stand alone for about $20-$30 depending on who you buy it from, but its it very fragile (by fragile, I mean, LOOSE!!!). The thighs on mine are loose (and popped apart), as well as the knee joints. Had the cement glue the freaking bastard, but even then, its still loose. I'm afraid of posing it (in fact, I'm afraid of posing any Kotobukiya model kit in general).
  5. http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k168/VideoWatchers/100_1016_zps278dd9bd.jpg The old HG 1/100 V2 Gundam with the Assault Pack. Where's the Assault Pack? Still in the box. Why? Because its a brick... (do PM if you want the Assault Pack, still on the tree *sarcasm*). http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k168/VideoWatchers/100_1020_zpse4e8212b.jpg This just came in today. Its a Frame Arms, an obscure mech line by Kotobukiya. Got it for $30 (so hard to find, and people are selling it for $50+) so can't complain. Has some issues like my Armored Core kits, does need cement gluing here and there. Does require painting to make it accurate to kits box art, or you can go and find the Renewal Ver. (which I had assume when I bought this, but I was cheaped!!!)

    Fury

To be honest, he does his role really good. I know a lot of people are going to flak me that I said he did a good role *cough*Bayformers*cough* but in this movie, he played a decent and good support. He's the gunner of the Sherman crew and he doesn't get a lot of screen time.

Just saw the movie... Have to say, I really like it. Love the fight scene against the Tigers (wont spoil it). In case if you don't know what the movie is about, short summary: WWII, American tanks, Waffen SS = bad guys (yeah that bout sums it up).
  8. Well I found this useful for arena as well. And I don't really plan to change the FCS simply because the PSP's screen sucks like ass. If you use a good FCS that gives you an average or small box, my god its a nightmare when you have to fight against the OP arena ACs or IBIS. Might consider some part changes to make this thing have better AP. And not every mission can be won with the Karasawa. Most can be won, but not all.
  9. Yes... from that drama above, I can see.......
  10. ..... What da fuck did I miss? I wished bro. Its just me and 3 bros.
  11. Parts Head: MMD-HH/ARSH Core: MCL-SS/RAY Arms: CAL-44-EAS Legs: CLM-02-SNSKA1 Booster: CBT-FLEET FCS: VREX-WS-1 Generator: MGP-VE905 Radiator: RMR-ICICLE Inside: N/A Extension: N/A Back Unit R: MM-AD/20 Back Unit L: N/A Arm Unit R: WMG-KARASAWA Arm Unit L: MLB-T/100 Optional Parts: OP-S-SCR, OP-E/SCR, OP-E/CND, OP-SE/E++, OP-TQ/CE, OP-CLPU Color Base: 75/45/15 Aid: 130/120/110 Optional: 60/50/40 Detail: 200/125/75 Joint: 80/70/60 AC Type: Karasawa (yes this is an actual AC type) Playstyle: If you have played a Karasawa built AC, then you should know the routine. Pros: Very good on EN, decent mobility Cons: Mediocre armor, low AP pool For campaign only, OP-I does suit better but <_< yeah... its OP-I
  12. LOL Oh you made my day... Anyhow... *still laughing* Did a redesign: MHD-RE/H10 was change to MHD-HH/ARSH (If you have no idea what that is, see AC Wictoria/VIctoria or long story short, bunny ear) CAL-66-MACH was change to MAL-TEM (Zio Matrix's lightweight arm part from AC2) MLB-HALBERD was change to MLB-T/100 (the bulky looking blade from AC2) Dude, those weapons were OP as FUCK Great, now your making me wanna to back and play my PS1 copies I bought...
  13. Guess I'm the only one who still plays campaign on ACLR to kill time =w=
  14. Well I'm bad at putting words in meanings that people can understand (even my family laughs at me because I say things that they know what I'm trying to say but I make it sound like something else). =w=
  15. Its the bulky looking lightweight legs. The on that Crow uses.
  16. XS legs work fine. I have no mobilty issues with them. I think the only reasons why people hate the XS legs is because its more of a "heavy" lightweight leg, and it not very EN friendly compare to the other Crest design legs.
  17. I only added the UL/2 core because of the OB but in all honest, I have never used OB cores after Silent Line. Once they changed the heat system in Nexus, OB cores were pratically useless unless you knew a good combo. Not saying I hate OB cores, but it just time consuming to see what core goes best with gen/radiator/booster. Might end up sticking with the UL core. And that's sounds fine.
  18. I'm been bad at grammer since high school. I can make a good argument and story, but I still suck at grammar. Even when I do try to fix it, there always seems to be another issue. Its a general fact that I know about myself. I will try to fix my grammar issue next time, but its no promise that the next one will fix all of my issues. When I meant old school, I meant that my habits when before I submit, I would write the warning on top. Sorry if that took in the wrong way. I don't mean to sound rude or some lazy punk, but I honestly still can not grasp the concept of using grammar properally.
  19. Like I said, I don't have everything unlock yet. I know ANANDA is a better choice, but I don't have it right now. Also, I kind of prefer R92 when using some specific booster/gen/radiator combo. R92 tends to be better imo over ANANDA when wanting low booster heat. I also don't have AC Vixen's arm part unlock yet, but when I do get it, I will replace LEMUR. I like LEMUR2 and its advantages, but for this AC, I want armor first, then mobility. And I was debating over the F69, COWRY, and F73H. I like the other two since they offer bigger box especially with the optional, but they don't the require the range I want to enagge in close to medium combat. But I'll try them and see if they work. Here's the update: Parts Head: LONGHORN 0/0/0/10/0 Core: C83UA 0/0/0/10/0 Arms: LORIS 0/8/0/0/2 Legs: LH96FA 0/0/0/0/10 Booster: B8ETP 0/0/0/10 FCS: CR-F73H Generator: G91 0/5/5 Radiator: ANANDA 0/0/10 Inside: N/A Extension: N/A Back Unit R: N/A Back Unit L: N/A Arm Unit R: WH05BP Arm Unit L: WH05BP Hanger Unit R: WH01HP Hanger Unit L: WH01HP Optional Parts: 069ES, C071EC, 079L+, CODON, 086R+, MARISHI Another update, probably the last: Head: EYE3 0/0/0/10/0 Core: C83UA 0/0/0/10/0 Arms: LEMUR2 0/9/0/0/1 Legs: LH96FA 1/0/1/0/8 Booster: GULL 0/0/0/10 FCS: CR-F73H Generator: LOTUS 0/0/10 Radiator: ANANDA 0/0/10 Inside: N/A Extension: N/A Back Unit R: N/A Back Unit L: N/A Arm Unit R: WH05BP Arm Unit L: WH05BP Hanger Unit R: WRAITH (for campagin only) Hanger Unit L: WRAITH (for campaign only) Optional Parts: 069ES, 069SS, C071EC, 079L+, CODON Pros: Better mobility and turning, Armor is now even (1890), still high AP pool Cons: Still somewhat weak to EN attacks
  20. Fiddling around, here's an update design: Parts Head: EYE3 0/0/0/10/0 Core: YC010/UL2 0/0/10/2/0 Arms: MACAQUE 0/0/8/0/2 Legs: LH99XS 2/0/2/0/6 Booster: GULL 0/0/0/10 FCS: CR-F73H Generator: LOTUS 0/0/10 Radiator: ANANDA 0/0/10 Inside: N/A Extension: N/A Back Unit R: N/A Back Unit L: N/A Arm Unit R: YWH05R3 Arm Unit L: YWH05R3 Hanger Unit R: WRAITH Hanger Unit L: WRAITH Optional Parts: AMINO, 069ES, 069SS, C071EC, 079L+, CODON, MARISHI Pros: Much faster than before, turns better, has better armor (1700 average) Cons: Still low AP pool I live in Garden Grove in Orange County. Right near the Crystal Cathredal to be specific.
  21. Sorry if I'm old school. This is what I used to do on ACO. =w= I feel like a newb since I haven't been on here for almost 3 years. And yeah, I have grammar issues, nobody is perfect. I accept that. It just who I am.
  22. If I were to use that, the AC is probably overweight, another reason why I like the HALBERD because it still offers good offense while being lightweight and EN cost effective. I kind of want to keep the ammo pack for lengthy engagements.
  23. Well I still kind of tend of wanting to use the pvp rules when building an AC, but its been so long (3 years approx) since I've design an AC from my PS2 era with restriction that I honeslty don't remember the rules anymore. Would be nice to play with someone, but I don't drive (have a permit though, but too lazy to do my license test), and busy with college. I remember reading on the forums ages ago about using a pseudo online play, but even that, I'm too lazy to try it or even get the thing myself to do it. But you know, it is what it is...
  24. Still living in South Cali. I tend to base my AC designs on how they fare against AI AC since they're the only opponents I can only fight against, but I don't tend to fight the easy AI because, at the same time, I also want to make the desgin to somewhat be playable for pvp though I have no experience on pvp for ACLR. I tend to use the hardest AI I fight against to simulate what fighting in pvp may be like, though that is using inaccurate nature since the AI in the game have the OP-I built with in them and that in built system is why they're only hard.
  25. Well I have no experience with players. I test these by fighting against the hardest AI in game (1st Rank VR, Evangel, Zinaida, and Joust imo) for about three games to see if I can get the same result. I don't like GULL. GULL and I have had a bad relationship since Nexus. No matter what gen/radiator combo I do with GULL, it still likes to overheat like crazy. I don't mind switching to TP or VULTURE2, but I feel that BIRDIE2 seems to be fine for this AC build. And I don't want to add back weapons simply because I want this AC to be rifle gunslinger. I could switch the dual R3 for GAST if that helps its fighting chance. I'll see and do some fiddling with random head and leg units to see which does better. Kind of want to keep the core and arm since they're generally really good.
