I'd probably rather go with more see through cover range and then dump the turning into lock speed if needed. Usually you can make do with 6000 turning. You've got 6400. You can also trade SALAF core for ALIYA to bump def. Isis, ENC for arm maneuverability or use to FRS to switch to 047AN05 and bump lock speeds until you're comfortable. I havn't played enough with other FCSs to see what was overall a better option. You can never have enough turning speed. The extra 700 drain of aliya plus 200 more weight really hampers the mobility of virtue/gl gen. At first I built Isis to be a rifle missile bot before high-lasers, but now I find it to be too good with all the focus on hi-laser damage. It hits you for 15k ap per vega/sirius connection, and all you need is one of those to finish the job with the rifle/verts.
