Hey nob, I'm probably not getting the DLC. Two CoD4 maps aren't going to make the horrible match making system, spawn system, bad weapon balance and glitches go away. It's also supposedly $15. I'd have thought about getting it if it was $10, but not that price for this game. All five maps are probably going to have glitches and they aren't even fixing the ones on the initial maps.

A jouster! Wouldn't the weapon synergy be better with the back weapons reversed? I'm sure you've got a reason, though.

It would be nice to get some discussion on the game going again. To start off, I want to ask if anyone besides me and nob have the latest dlc. We've been farming Crawmerax, but we're not getting any of the rare items because we need a bigger party of players. Otherwise, we have to look in places like GFAQs and the Gearbox forums for random players, which we would like to not have to do to lower the chances of playing with pricks who hog all the loot or anything like that. (Or plain idiots who can't follow what we're doing correctly) So, anyone have that dlc?

Needs more sniper cannon! That's what I would do. I would probably switch the missile for an SC, assuming the extra weight fits. (it probably doesn't) Or maybe switch the GL for an SC and keep the missile, assuming laser/shotgun is good enough for CQC deterrent things. In that case, I'd also change the laser to something like ER-O200. Not sure. I can't even decide what I'm doing with my own HW's weapon setups lately.

Try jousting with BigSioux if you haven't yet. If the damage it inflicts doesn't amuse you, the huge explosion will. Just make sure you get very close to your enemy and the high tracking will do the rest.

PC for the same reason you use it, I'm used to it.

So there's been a new patch out and they still haven't fixed a single problem. Wonderful.

047ANNR, the second rifle on the parts list. A lot of people think it's trash, but it's always had a place on some of my designs I want a lightweight mid-range rifle on. The 051 model has low fire rate to kind of offset it's higher damage and is pretty heavy for a rifle, while the other comparable rifles lack velocity for mid-range, I think. Sure, there's rifles that do fine at mid-range and can also do much better up close (MR-R100R?), but none of those rifles do good enough to where what 047 offers is useless. It's light, has great velocity, does standard damage, it works for me.

I use all types of designs, but the ones I use the most are heavy-mids and heavies of all kinds. I usually go for omni-range weapon setups. Rifles, sniper rifles, lasers, shotguns, railguns, sniper cannons and missiles. I try to use everything that works. I also use plasma weapons with cover oriented designs. Mid-range is my preference, but I'm comfy in them all. I try not to backpedal too much, but I will if someone is boosting straight towards me with something like Eklakh + Kamal. I use cover when I can, especially with heavier designs. Yay, story. Back on ACO before it went kablooie, noob (AKA Clint, ACDC, INSANE-O-FLEX etc etc) ran a Special Olympics tournament which had blading rules. As a joke, he said that if the final match was a draw, he would be the winner of the tournament. So me and Hyde slash each other in the final round at the same time and get the draw. noob literally claimed the win. Lol.

I hate that gun so much. The only reason I could think of using it is for the weapon challenges, but I stopped at around 250 kills because it was so bad. I started using TAR right after and it was like pressing an easy button.

I only have 86 headshots. I think I'm taking a break from this game, though. I can't get any good teams anymore and all the people I played with either deleted me or don't get on at the same time as me. There's also the package glitch IW failed to fix and over half the games I played this morning had some jerk calling in an emergency airdrop fifty times. I need a breather.

I got blue tiger camo, it looks nice. I'm also getting a lot of FMJ kills, shooting through cover is starting to feel natural. I can also shoot through glass, Terminal and Highrise are great for that. I probably won't use extended mags when I get it though, I'll keep FMJ on. 50. cal already has a huge magazine size.

Whoo~ 7th prestige, but now I don't have Lightweight Pro. I'll be using sniper rifles for this prestige, anyway.

SPAS is statistically the best, but it still has it's low rate of fire problem which will probably get you killed if you run into more than one person at once who is at all competent. It's also very possible to get hit markers with it. It's really not that strong and it really sucks when it happens. Anyway, if you can do OK with the Ranger then you would probably like the AA-12. Use Scavenger to counter it's low ammo and you should be good to go.

I haven't even been seeing too many campers lately. I've mostly seen people using Marathon, Lightweight, Commando and UMP classes. Or anything with Marathon and Commando. That's OK, though. They're free kills when I have a shotgun out.

nob, I should have OMA Pro next time we play. I've been flying through the ranks, but it's getting a little repetitive. I think I'll use sniper rifles and pistols exclusively next prestige to make things more interesting.

I started using concussions again, I've been using flashbangs for as long as I can remember. I also need to make a thermal scope, scavenger and smoke grenade class. I tried it once before and it wasn't as effective as I wanted it to be, but maybe I gave up on it too easily. I should try it on HQ.
