honestly thats because like over half the frames are top tier and usable in endgame, not many warframes are completely useless like limbo

one is support other is damage aoe but tbh excal's powers all kinda suck except for radial javelin

you could always just use rhino and stomp everything if you feel like it edit also excal is getting new powers they're removing super jump 4th power will be 3rd and new ultimate that gives you energy sword that shoots lasers or something
