From what I heard about the late PS2 games, is this a surprise? Heck, the first clue was having two AC fights in the first chapter battles alone.

Don't think you caught my intent. Is there an official ACVD team for the site? I know the game is team-based, it's not much removed from ACV.

God, I can't believe I didn't see this coming... I just got the game Monday, totally murdering my discretionary spending. I like it, but then I'm biased. I definitely love how we're fighting over a globe instead of a small piece of the world. Have to ask, though, do we have a team or... what?

The problem often isn't weapons as much s it is tactics. Defending teams usually have a least some communication whereas you get none with mercenaries. Nothing says lose like moving into an ambush.

It's part of what all you get in the Modelers Pack. I got it, using it too. Shame that the only way to have your emblem displayed is to close the big doors leading outside, covering up the really nice view of the planet and spaceships that zip by. I thougt the model kit dominated desktop was hilarious.

Think it might have localized their implementation of 1.4, too? I mean, it's over a gig in size and just the compatibility patch is a bit less than half that.

I I'm on Core team and we have three open spots, but without Niji we may as well be full. I log on every so often, a bit more often now that the game's been patched. Still going to import once the game goes Best.

Well, my high damage shotguns and gatlings do less damage and Svir is indeed under 200 in that all-important stat so I'd think so.

I WAS going to import cause, you know, I like game support. Then yesterday Namco threw a fastball. Now I'm totally jumping back in! Still, when ACV goes Greatest Hits in Japan I'm still gonig to persue importing it. Cause Sony America sucks the biggest donkey balls.

Oh my fucking god, they FINALLY patched ACV... though not in the way we wanted, but patches are patches. Considering the method they used, I'd have to say Sony was, AGAIN, the culprit. What is it with Sony America not letting patches through?

I know... I only log on to ACV these days to look at ranker emblems (oh the nudity...). Once ACV goes Greatest Hits in Japan I'm importing it but good. The glaring lack on any support for the game outside of Japan is almost unforgivable.

Sigh, bugs or not Core Team is a dustbowl. I think Pendragon and Densuo are the only ones I see regularly online and it's oft not for very long. How are Wings 1 and 2 faring?

PSN chat rooms are only up for as long as the host's PS3 is on, assuming they don't close the chat when done to begin with. And honestly, it's rarely about having fun anymore... always, the business,serious it is.

Considering ACU wasn't listed it seems pretty pointless for ACU team member to apply. That and... I guess that counts me out.

I'm not really sure how to arm this AC... I'm kind of grabbing at straws now as there's not alot of variety in what works and what works is broken. I don't like broken. Well, originally I had the bluetooth headset that came with Warhawk, but I traded that in. And yeah, the corner would dig into my earlobe so I'd have to take it off every so often. Now I use an old telephone headset that I plug into one of those USB desktop speakerphone thingies. Had to add padding to that as it'd also dig into my earlobe.

Actually, you can't use Free Text in-mission, only on the briefing screen. The bladers likely assumed hat, while not talking, he was still able to hear them. If his headset was still connected, just 'off' (most hurt after a while), then he'd still not have heard a thing. That said, they could have easily made the intent known in the Free Room comment, that handy-dandy space where you can put in a quick description of the room's intent.

Honestly it's hard to be sure who's attacking your territory unless the team maintains a forum with pics of every territory they attack. Though, I'd still like to do some Conquest anyway. We lost a badge and alot of territory, would be good to get some back. I'd limit it to the first and second tier territories, they don't get attacked anywhere near as much as the third tier do.

I can't seem to post threads in certain forums, keep getting 403 404 error messages. Can't really figure out why, aside from specific game terminology I'm using decent English with hardly any profanity and no 'shortcut' language.

Sigh, another lame season. All they did was... nothing. No patch, no reset territories... nothing. And it seems it's going to be a weekly thing now, every Wednesday between 0400 and 0700 US PST.

Having played against Ninebreakers I have to say they're deserving of the territories they have. They defended that territory I attacked as a mercenary like pros with gang tactics and liberal use of indirect fire (don't knock it, nothing sucks as much as having a h.e.a.t. round fall right in your face from the other side of a hill while you're chasing someone else entirely). Just because it didn't work for you doesn't mean anything for anyone else. What I'd prefer to see you complaining about is how our own team attendance isn't all that great and what you think can be done about it.
