I would also use Aaliyah backs but on PSN I doubt it would be necessary. Drop the hangers and see if you can fit the ekhazar core on this since you can use the extra AP. Oh wait you have load tunes... Use judith gen to cut back on weight, drop the hangers and use the 063 rifle. If ekhazar core will fit use it.
