Mom
So now since I'm back into my regimen, I've been hungry out the ass. Averaging around 3000 calories and 120g of protein a day. Gained my first 10 pounds back pretty easily so it's good to know my body is readily acceptable to what it used to be.
The Talentless
I've been so off and on again due to pure laziness, which I'm very angry at myself for. Eating is a hassle for me. I get really hungry but can only eat baby portions when it comes time to feed. Tried getting in four meals a day but its difficult.
Draxus
I workout on my Total Gym almost everyday. So far I've gained at least 15 pounds of muscle in 7 months ( I stopped for a whole month within that timeframe and after that I had to gain back the muscle I lost.) That's really good considering I'm mostly strength training and not body building. Edited January 21, 2013 by Duronix
