Impressive, almost Lin-like. But for how long can he keep this up?

So now since I'm back into my regimen, I've been hungry out the ass. Averaging around 3000 calories and 120g of protein a day. Gained my first 10 pounds back pretty easily so it's good to know my body is readily acceptable to what it used to be.

I workout on my Total Gym almost everyday. So far I've gained at least 15 pounds of muscle in 7 months ( I stopped for a whole month within that timeframe and after that I had to gain back the muscle I lost.) That's really good considering I'm mostly strength training and not body building. Edited by Duronix
