Have you ever wondered if Armored Core and Chromehounds actually had another brother? it does. FROMSOFTWARE actually released a game that had some feeling of those games... but only in Japan. That game was so awesome it couldn't be shown to the rest of the world.

What happens when you strap the president of America in a Mecha, after he got fucked off by a coup d'etat from his dear Vice Minister?

 

What happens when you've got total nonesense and the "rule of the cool" running around in a game? All this, with pretty explosions and Mecha Action that would make Gundam Pale.

 

You get this "SO BAD, IT'S GOOD" Game.

Dialogue is so stupid it makes you laugh like a madman.

Other than that, I might think that AC5 gameplay, being more brutal and close quarters, might fit this type of battles better. As wel all see, that unit is rather small.

 

So AC5 wasn't actually innovating things... Damn you FROM.

There, some people playing it. It's actually way more brutal than AC, with a Mini AC with BEE/HORNET head and a huge set of AC based weapons (but way cooler).

Maybe we can expect this level of violence in AC5? Hell, look at that thing, it's pounding and SQUISHING infantry with jumps and bullets... And those tanks, he jumps brutal stomps them... I want this in AC...

 

And in the second vid... DESTROYABLE ENVIRONMENTS THAT ACTUALLY DON'T HAVE PIXELATED EXPLOSIONS!!!

 

That, and soldiers screaming in pain. Oh yes. (that psycopath Old King style operator is sooo cool as well... even if she's a retard (pretty much everyone's a retard though in that game... but that's what makes it seem so awesome)

I remember seeing the trailer for this game a while ago, I was like "damn I want it..."

this game is hilarious I can't stop laughing best quote I've found so far though has got to be "I'll stop it faster than a Florida recount". The weird thing is the game play actually looks fun usually you don't see good game play in games like that.

I've always wanted to record every scene in the game and post a vid of them all, but never got around to it. There's a lot of good stuff that isn't on youtube, aside from one of those gay "let's play!" series with a super annoying kid talking over the game.

 

The gameplay isn't that great, especially when you can't read what upgrades do what. Early on it took forever just to destroy buildings and bosses, which really detracted from the "blow stuff up" vibe you're supposed to get from the game. Later on when you actually get strong weapons it's a lot better.

 

 

The voice actor for Richard is pretty much perfect in what the developers were shooting for. Anyone who calls it corny and lame can suck a dick.
