They take a group of random kids and stick them in a single living space together and then record them. Like... all day long. Follow them around town, that kinda thing. I think the reason people watch those shows is the same reason TM and I watch Tsuranga vs Drake matches. Not really malicious, but we find it entertaining to see all the silly things they do. Idk.
