Maybe doing some Action Comics #1 might show that I'm somewhat on top of the industry or something haha. Let the man draw danger girl. There's no reason why I can't do both. My portfolio wont be just comic pages. I'll do some illustration type stuff too. Anywho, sorry for the lack of updates. I've been just sketching the pages so far. There's was a lot of stuff coming up that I needed to take care of during my vacation that unfortunately cut into my portfolio making. Since I don't wanna make this post another one with no updates, I decided to post up some designs I've been dancing around with for this shield design contest that was brought to my attention. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v705/soulrefrain/shields.jpg Given the time constraints, I might focus on this a bit more than the portfolio. I realize that the one on the right is not exactly even, but as sketches I felt that they do alright. I'd really give some serious time to that shield design contest, if only because you'll have proof positive of your work to show to anyone and there's no way anyone can claim its not yours or steal it. Anyway, it's not much of an update, but I wanted to upload some pics so that people don't think I'm slacking. I haven't been able to work on the portfolio as much as I would like, but I'm pretty confident that I'll finish up what I need to before the deadline.
