An old, used ps1 game for 70 dollars; ten more than brand new games at any store. Still not sure if it was worth it considering I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as I did MML1. Aside from the races, but those were impossible to beat the high scores on, and even then they didn't give you parts for new weapons or anything. Plus the prices for all the weapons to get fully upgraded were ridiculously high. I get the shining laser costing 99 trillion fucking dollars just to max out energy alone, but the crusher didn't need the same treatment. They aren't making any more money for it, and they aren't gaining any good rep among their fan-base, at least not enough that it isn't being canceled out by the various reasons listed in the first post.
