  1. i have no business posting in an art thread. Couldn't trace your drawings, man, very impressive work. But, nob gave me a few ideas (ways to make me sound smart, by pointing out the flaws in other peoples work) cant comment on the man pic, mostly because LOL PUPPY FACE Would-paper-bag-it-Lady pic looks REAL akward on the right leg, from the knee down. seriously is that a prosthetic leg? back-ground would lend the picture some depth… and make right calf look less… noticeably shorter than lefty. I see four buckles on either boot, but it requires that i think about it to do so. As nob says, your camouflage pattern is srsly dope. TBH i think the face would be better off without it though.. its so much detail in such a small space… looks kinda squishy. Also, i get that they both use cloaked 051annr, marve, and that BFF rifle. But the pose is all wrong... legs should be in a squatting (TAKIN A PEWP MODO) type deal. Invisible rifles should be raised, DEFIANTLY, to the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions. Face should express something along the lines of "if i go down, i will take as many of you sods with me as i possibly can, and then keep crying (DAMNIT I MEANT TRYING_), ftw"

you're just a fucking homo. fwiw i made it 8 seconds in and was like HA BAD. the one where they do boomer though. Good shit. Also the one where th… uhh.. "to catch a predator" sup i am topher. work safe? maby. Another so-so clip of a show thats run out of jokes. Anyone interested I recommend seasons 1-2, iirc they start to run stale during 3… but i didn't get into 4 and subsequent seasons… so who knows (nah they sold out) good yokes tho. "to catch a predator" (probably there masterpiece imo) TOPHER (chris d'elia) r good bean at making funny.
  3. pray… for… dood. theres not any need for words dood. I wil get a copy and beat your ass doob. Maby find a real scrub and have fun for once. but nob plays an we hateses hims… nobses….
  4. this may take awhile… 1. Duck hunt (The highlander of party games) 2. Tekken (at least i think it was tekken… research leads me to believe it was an older arcade game… There was a fucking raptor-cobra thing though and that was enough for me at the time…) 3. Street-Fighter (transitioned from "button masher" to mashing buttons) 4. Mario 64 (I hate to do it but the game has a better open world feel than many modern games Ive played… 117 stars.. fuck you nintendo) 5. SSBM (I'm actually kinda badass at this one) 6. Starfox 64 (likewise…) 7. Mechwarrior 2 (this, a joystick, and a similar demo-disk that I cant recall the title of, took up years of my childhood… the sense of immersion as a kid in the mid 90's was amazing, definitely what got me hooked on PvE gaming and a clear predecessor to armor core) 8. Starcraft (not only was I barely capable of playing the game. I did so with a 28K connection. Friends avoided me. I had a lot of fun with used map settings [golems yo]. Also responsible for teaching me how to type (FUCK. YOU. MAVIS FUCKING BEACON). FUCK YOU. 9. Diablo 2 (sort of like crack cocaine for a 10 year old. Dark times…) 10. SSBB (I was good enough at this one to drive a friend into such an intense fit of rage that he obliterated my copy in the AM of a sleepover. Fucking rich bitch thought he had a shot after getting the game before me… psh) 11. AC4 (so pretty…) 12. ACFA (SO FAST) 13. *operation desert storm (gritty FPS, good story, great graphics for the time… fun weapons and good friendly AI) 14. *Knights of camelot (another great player+AI game, not too different from dark souls) 15. …damnit… uhh… Greg Hastings (no, not really… but it was a paintball game, and I didn't feel cheated out of my money [bungieodstdestiny]) Other than Duck Hunt, the list is in no particular order. Asterisks indicate a title I'm too lazy to double-check (was too poor/mother is one of those "passive to the point of violence" people [to own a console, or any game involving so much as a nasty stare…] prior to an N64… it wasn't until… fucking… Halo 2 (which should definitely be on the list) that I was permitted to buy a "violent" game… most of these were played strictly at a friends house.
  5. *guitar riff coz dey r gud to os.
  6. ON AN LRJ?! parabolic grove is forerunner bird baths.
  7. murder parry at the first chance.
  8. Honestly if you're struggling pay no attention to what I say, stick with DR, maby work AA into your bag of tricks. I said what I said because you seemed kinda bored in the most recent stream. Also, your fundamentals aren't bad.. solo I'd say Sol Dios is in the top five most difficult missions. But you really are playing it a lot like ACV. You strafe in place way too much. Keep working on diddling boost, aaliyah main doesn't need much throttle to maintain altitude. Once you've progressed through hard-mode you'll have enough FRS to fully tune generator regen, and main booster vertical output, which will make sustained flight much easier. If you must stick with a purebred aaliyah frame, you ought to use it more aggressively. Aaliyahs only real strength is PA rectification, tuned right its a great mid range-CQC platform. The arms are a weak link the way you're using it. Firing precision makes a big difference in PvP, its the major reason that first encounter with Glint played out like it did. In that fight WG is good for ~double your effective range. The head is also a poor choice for mid range DR duty. For offline play, regardless of regulation, you can put a single blade to good use in 3/4 of the regular missions. 4th gen blading is easy and wicked fun, and it makes S ranks easier with no ammo cost. Back when I was active my favorite tactic was over boost blading… the blade lunge, over boost and quick boost all stack… its a much less reliable way to play but man does it look badass when things go right. I say this because some of the better Aaliyah clones I came across where hybrid builds (guns and a blade). It isn't going to be able to rely on melee like a lahire/ADD setup, but more than quick enough to use it vs heavily armored PA tanks, which are otherwise VERY difficult to take down. And hell, if you catch a light build off-guard (that over boost+blade lunge+QB mess I just mentioned…) thats fun too. Otherwise, what you need is a motocobra (T-Rex of MGs) or a faster firing rifle, and missiles or a GL/radar. Rifles will always be there, but this is PvE and you're treating it with far too much respect. Come back to rifles later, when you've got tuning points and really need them to S a hard mode mission, IMO. As long as you're off-line you have the luxury of a largely useable parts list. PvP is entirely different, at least half the weapons are completely useless. A couple things I wasn't told till a few years in: as time allows, test PA rectification. ~7500 rectification you gain a degree of invulnerability to many weapons with your PA up. PA behaves similarly to effective/ineffective damage in ACV. It reduces damage, impact and . Abusing it dramatically reduces the effectiveness of the majority of weapons, above 6800 PA will deflect anything that isn't a direct hit (even most sniper rifles/cannons will have trouble hitting a moving target… Railguns and lasers are pretty much it for mid-long range options). PA tanks aren't that great IMO, hitting the ceiling for rectification requires a lot of tuning and specific frames, but keep it in mind if you ever build something. Unless you're bum rushing with bazookas in a duel, its generally a good idea to keep rectification at or above 5500, anything less and you aren't going to get that wonderful deflection bonus, as well as being extremely susceptible to PA breaker setups, which is basically the worst thing that can happen ever. second staging is worth looking up on youtube. IDK how comfortable you are with booster timing in fifth gen but its a similar concept, minus the atrocious gundam-kick mid-firefight penalty….
  9. you're mother. I meant you should stop using that 5th gen scrub AC and embrace the higher calling. It's more fun to watch you die shamelessly than complete missions by spamming rifles. You should try a less energy restricted frame and hybrid weapon set… something like blade/MG with a GL (practice breaking PA, its not the best PvP strategy but tears through a lot of the more difficult AI fights)... that mission is a pain in the ass… It takes a lot of ammo to complete. I think I S'd it with a blader (its one of my least favorite, aside from the french dude's panicked dialogue)…. otherwise wheelings and motocobras. Sapla is more like an rpg. By grenade launcher I meant dual ogoto's.
  10. redrum and starka is fun solo... Wheres the grenade launcher?
  11. THIS. IS. ACFA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (not fifth gen) This was clear watching you try to keep track of WG. It's 360* scan mode in a box. Try paying attention to your AC through peripheral vision when searching or setting up an attack.
  12. IMO they all suck. UWs "active" function was severely nerfed for verdict day. They are good for melee builds, as they significantly increase boost charge performance.
  13. doesn't HB (edit: meant Quick Boost) duration directly influence max lunge time? uhhh… if you're having trouble hitting stationary targets offline practice releasing the blade attack such that you're AC stops overboosting before colliding with its target, but within the range of whatever blade you're using. With stationary targets you will still inflict damage, even if you do over-cook the rush and collide before activating the blade. In PvP, improper timing means your target has that much longer to GTFO. @Will the swing accuracy be affected by either the slight change in course or the slight change in speed? A. Yes, for the reason i mentioned above. B. I may be misinterpreting your post but you're over thinking it. 4th gen blading is for the most part very simple, get positioning (not so simple in practice) depress kill button, release (timing contingent on target A vs B mobility; for the sake of simplified comparison: using a fast build with alliyah or better mains, vs a stationary target) kill button just before reaching target B, at which point momentum will bring the wide arc of the laser blade into anything dumb enough to still be there. @directional changes… I'll admit I'm a bit confused. You more or less want to keep the target dead center of the reticule. There is some wiggle room here, allowing dodging and compensation vs a moving target, but 4th gen blading is Point A to Point B, once you've out maneuvered your target and activated the OB lunge. ...Are you trying to blade during over boost? IIRC that screws up auto-tracking quite a bit.
  14. I mean this with all due respect. Model seraph has clownshoes on. Commencing operation re-read. -confused. 3d printer model? that is amazing.
  15. FBHERO TO THE RESCUE!!! first thing first, you should check out armoredcorelegacy. It's basically the last remaining bastion of active 5th gen players. second, just get out there and be patient. The community is small but there are quite a few teams recruiting at the moment. Have you completed story mode? This is by no means a pre-requisite for joining a team, but it helps to know how comfortable you are with the game. Edit: spoke with the high council, a couple teams would be happy to recruit you.
  16. Needs more katana and/or gravity. HALO reference killed it for me… much telegraphed.
  17. Gen/Booster combo is problematic, without taking into account the added energy consumption of an LRJ, the high drain head and 2/3 TE arm weapons. Weapon set is flawed, leg type coverage is ~1/7, and single wielding TE blades is generally a mistake. With high speed LRJs you're better off running high accel boosters 9/10. I'd start by forgoing the heavy SU, run a shield on the empty bay and pretend its a missile launcher.
  18. i finally got into this game a few days ago. I have no experience with the earlier series, combat is a little underwhelming compared to AC (though kindve in a good way) but I'm otherwise really impressed. It reminds me of the diablo series so far.
  19. ataraxis made me do it!! I may have voted 3rd gen on ACL, honestly I cant remember. On that note, because I thought it was a lol worthy typo. edit: <_< and i did, actually, edit it.
