Lenin
It's funny because it assumes Avatar 1 was good.
Magnus
It got Raor to change his avatar. I think that's proof that it was.
Shirtless Crackhead
It wasn't bad, it was mediocre, but Colonel Quaritch was a furry killing machine, the Sandy Ravage of killing furfags, unfortunately James Cameron is a furfag too. Lenin
He was the only good character in the movie. Avatar was like paying to watch other people play World of Warcraft.
Pendragon
The Sequels better not be more PETA humping, furfag filled CGI-fests. I get ENOUGH of that from regular Hollywood Media, thank you.
Shirtless Crackhead
I agree, these should be movies about genocide, and fire.

Griffon
The joke there being that James Cameron made Titanic and Terminator. He didn't make ID4, so that wouldn't really work. Edited November 7, 2010 by Griffon
K.K
Oh I see I thought we were going through avataring famous movies and independence day seemed like a likely candidate.
Falco
Yay, we're getting more giant NBA blue furry smurfs making out with pretty colors. Edit: I lol'd at people thinking 1 was good. Edited November 8, 2010 by Godfather Ucamulbas
Ataraxis
It was sort of a meh experience to me, mostly because I felt like I had seen it before. They stripped out the humour and got way too preachy with the environmental stuff. Also, cartoon fairies still manage to be hotter than computer generated giant blue aliens. I remember hearing about sequels not long after the first movie, and after having some time to let it sink in, I still don't think there's many storyline options left to work with. Shirtless Crackhead
Good special effects (great tbh), but the movie itself was lame, and a total rehash of Pocahontas, dances with wolves, etc..
Magnus
To be fair, that's what all movies are nowadays. Rehashes of original movies, but with lasers, giant robots, and furries.
Shirtless Crackhead
Get rid of the furries, fix hollywood.
renketsu0
Unfortunately we live in an age where the vast majority of movies will be rehashes. It's not that people aren't creative anymore, it's just that we have made so many stories and themes that the number of original ones is decreasing. Imagine the film industry 1000 years from now. If we continue to allow previous movies to reduce a movie's overall rating, there will be no good movies.

But when you do what Avatar did, at the level that Avatar did it, somebody should have to pay royalties to somebody. Anyway, I read that James Cameron wants to focus on the oceans of the furfag homeworld in the sequels. So here's Avatar 2.
Shirtless Crackhead
I hope it ends with Space Marines and Terminatus.
