I don't know too many things about the Boston area unlike Vegas or especially the DC area, although I must admit, the Vegas strip in New Vegas was extremely disappointing. Also, it wouldn't surprise me if they're still using the shitty Gamebryo engine and just tweaked it to the max with all the highest texture maps and clutter overload. Now we can play Minecraft and tower defense games inside of Fallout along with old school Donkey Kong and stuff. I did like the advanced crafting system for guns and armor. That looked really nice. I sorta like the setting, but I have no god damn idea how they intend to pull this story off. I also got a huge kick outta Tod saying he didn't want to spoiler anything about the story then immediately spoilering the cliffhanger left by the video. SPOILERS! If you have a dialogue option that is suppose to be X, it should be voiced the way X would sound. I personally don't find the games immersive. I just play in first person view to see what the fuck I'm picking up on the ground.
